mini pc, old ros kinetic key issue
-> can't install ros package
-> delete old key and install new key
hokuyo internal ip - 192.168.0.10
hokuyo modify ip

netmask 255.255.255.0
gateway 192.168.0.1
-> rosrun urg_node urg_node _ip_address:=192.168.0.10 (! not 192.168.0.100)
